Orders are dispatched within 24 hours of cleared payments and all orders are sent via royal mail.

Here at Halfpenny's Home Scents, we have kept it simple.

Packages between 0-3KG in weight is £3.99

Packages over 3KG in weight is £7.50

Spend over £ 30 and get Free Delivery.

Local Delivery

If you live locally, we can deliver for you.

Local delivery within 2 miles is £2.00

Local delivery within 5 miles is £3.50

Spend over £30 local delivery is free.

We deliver on Monday's, Wednesday's & Friday's. Delivery is between 9AM & 6PM.

Upon checkout when you input your postcode if you are within the postcode range, we will offer local delivery. Just add the day you would like your order delivered to the " Add Comments About Your Order " and we will deliver it personally. 

Please Note.

Accidents happen so orders should be opened and checked for damage immediately upon delivery, Should the worst of happened and your order is damaged please us the returns form immediately by clicking HERE to tell us about it, please also send us photos of the postage packaging, product packaging and the item itself to us HERE with the RMA number attached, this is required for our records and helps to deal with the problem as efficiently as possible. 

Unfortunately, delays can happen should there be a delay such as an issue with stock or our delivery service we will contact you via the email or phone number which you have provided. 

Please check your details, Orders are sent to the address you enter please make sure this is correct. If an order has been returned to us by Royal Mail due to incorrect delivery details supplied by you there will be an additional postage charge to be paid before order the order can be resent. Halfpenny's Home Scents are not liable for orders that are returned to us due to the customer supplying the wrong or insufficient information for delivery.
